Strand Book Store (September 2002 - January 2007)
• Internet Data Integrity Editor - Was responsible for correcting and formatting over 5000 daily book entries, using Microsoft Access, for the store’s database and website, Strandbooks.com.
• Website Sales Representative - Processed and shipped up to 500 daily internet orders, in addition to responding to customer service inquiries and information requests.
• Telephone Operator - Managed large volume of incoming calls, both for book requests and departmental transfers, and provided office support.
Tisch School of the Arts (December 2000 - August 2002)
• Teachers' Assistant - Worked with professors to create and administer curriculum for classes in school's busy television studio.
• Television Studio Technician - Supervised and trained students for using studio equipment, including cameras and video decks. Performed equipment installations, routed wires, set up sound decks, monitors, and other peripherals as needed.
