Created, utilized and maintained an Access database to report all expenses by department. 

Provide extremely detailed monthly reports of all expenses vs. approved budget.

Prepare and monitor the libraryÕs acquisition and expense budget and track actual expenses vs. approved budget.

      Perform all liaisons between our operations and finance departments.

Perform partner/attorney research assignments using Lexis, WestLaw, and Dow Jones services.

Provide general assistance to the department head and assist with special library projects as assigned.

Manage the conversion of >70,000 volumes to bar coding using Horizon Software.
