• METRO Magnet, from the Metropolitan New York Library Council, includes, not only job listings, but the ability to post your resume online, learn about working in the NY Metro area, find out about area associations, get info on relocating, and more.

• There are very few job openings listed at the Long Island Library Resources Council, but it's worth a look.
• Also try the listings at the Rochester Regional Library Council.
• The Southeastern New York Library Council provides a few employment listings on its page.
• The Western New York Library Council includes Western New York and "other" postings.
• The Central New York Library Resources Council lists employment opportunities in regional libraries.
• The Capital District Library Council lists open positions.
• The Upstate New York Chapter of SLA has an employment blog.
• The Hudson Valley Chapter of SLA has a jobs page.
• Jobs (and events) from ACRL/New York.
• The Northern New York Library Network may have a job listed for you.

• The New York Public Library lists its job openings online.
• Queens Library lists open positions.
• Ovid lists employment opportunities online. They often want someone with a library background to fill their positions.
• H.W. Wilson posts its openings online. These are not all strictly library-related positions, although the company is often looking for catalogers/indexers.
• Rochester Institute of Technology posts its job openings online.
• Columbia University Libraries & Academic Information Systems.
• Openings at the Syracuse University Library.
• Cornell University usually has a number of open positions.
• As does the University at Albany Libraries.
• Or, the University at Buffalo Libraries.
• And, the University of Rochester.
• The Ramapo Catskill Library System lists positions at RCLS libraries.
