The Concordia University Library is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Distance Education & Technology Librarian.   Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Library Services, the Distance Education & Technology Librarian has primary responsibility for coordinating library services for Concordia University faculty and students who are teaching in or enrolled in programs and classes that are taught at a distance including development and implementation of online learning tools, resources, and innovative web-based services and their integration into instruction through the campus learning management system and other instructional platforms. This position also contributes to on-campus instruction and reference services.   Qualification: The position will be located on the Irvine campus but may include limited travel to other sites where the university offers courses. Master’s degree from an ALA accredited university, two years related experience and/or training, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required.  Please note this position requires evening and weekend work.
