Fielding Graduate University is a distributed learning graduate university awarding doctoral and masters degrees. Based in Santa Barbara, CA, Fielding is seeking a Librarian, Coordinator of Library Instruction and Reference. This librarian is positioned to play a unique institutional role in designing, developing and evaluating forward thinking library instruction and virtual reference services for distance learners. We are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented candidate to identify new and creative ways to enhance student learning and research skills.

A masters degree in Library Science, Information Science, or related graduate degree and a minimum one year post-Masters experience are required.
