LIBRARIAN I (CATALOGER). The Richard C. Sullivan Public Library in Wilton Manors, Florida, is looking for a creative and dynamic self-starter to provide timely cataloging of materials, maintain bibliographic and holdings records, and analyse and plan technical services operations. Position involves classifying and cataloging library materials using OCLC cataloging and local automated systems and equipment. Wilton Manors is a culturally diverse community in eastern Broward County. POSITION REQUIRES a bachelor's degree (ALA-accredited master's degree in library science highly preferred) and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cataloging services or equivalent. Starting salary is $19.43 per hour. Good benefits, including paid health insurance. Position is available Feb. 1, 2013.
