Academic Librarian Internship/Volunteer Position

McEntegart Hall Library of St. Joseph’s College in Brooklyn is seeking a Library & Information Science graduate student for a semester-long internship/volunteer position at our institution.  Hours are flexible. Successful candidates will be nearing completion of their degree or recent graduates.

This internship is an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a variety of areas pertaining to academic librarianship, particularly at a reference desk.

Interns will familiarize themselves with the daily duties of an academic librarian, including digitization, cataloging, archives and acquisitions.
