I am an applicant to a few schools and I was wondering if anyone could give me some good advice on the pros vs. cons of the Pratt program- I am fairly undecided as to my focus in librarianship but want a program that will allow me to explore numerous avenues for my degree.

Hi --

Are the other schools you're applying to also in NYC? If so, there are a number of pros and cons to each one, depending on where you end up living and what, if anything, you'd like to specialize in. Pratt has a very good reputation and I've worked with some great people who went there. As I mentioned in another thread, I went to Palmer, so if you're applying there as well, I'd be happy to answer any questions about it.
