I'm working on a list of new themes for upcoming issues of Info Career Trends. What types of professional development topics would you all like to see covered there? (Themes for the next three issues can be found here; the current issue focuses on alternative work arrangements.)

I would like to see some things about employee relations--of any nature. The issues revolving about work relationships are really vital to effectiveness at work and to promotions, etc.

I would like to see more discussion on leadership/management development for professional librarians. With the continuing changes to our profession, the ability to lead organizational change Applause

versus remaining static Brick wall

and increasingly irrelevant to our customers, is an area I believe is not being seriously discussed Silenced
