There are specific question for every type of organization, specific organization, and job. But they will always be based in the job description and ad. For example, you serve a different user group. Instead of asking about kids, you may have questions about faculty and college students.
Focus your preparation on the requirements of the job and everything you kind find about the library and the larger college/university.
I find that people that focus on the job needs, the organization, and know themselves are better in job interviews than those that try to focus on standard Q&A.
