LLOhio, Library Leadership Ohio, is held every couple of years. See http://www.nolanet.org/llohio/llohio.htm

The Ohio regional libraries reorganized in the past few years, so I am not sure what future plans are.

I attended LLOhio as a paraprofessional and library school student. I strongly believe that the opportunity gave me the confidence and skills to accelerate the advancement of my career by a few years. It was one of the most powerful experiences in such a compact time period.
