I am having a preliminary interview for a public library job next week. I've been a special librarian for over 10 years and would welcome some advice on the kinds of questions that would likely be posed in the half hour prelim interview. I've never done anything like it before. They must be interviewing loads of people, because the call I got said "We're interviewing on Wednesday; let us know if you want to schedule." There will be 4 people on the panel.

I have never done anything this short, especially with 4 people, so it's hard for me to imagine. It's a senior reference librarian/small branch manager position. I am prepared for behavioral questions, but I'd like to have a better idea what kinds of things they might ask about.

Thanks!
