When applying for non-library jobs should I leave out my Master's? I'm afraid if I don't they'll (accurately) label me a flight risk.

What kind of job are you applying for? Is this a temporary job which you need to pay the rent---which is what you make it sound as if it is. ANd do you plan to ever use them as a reference? I think if you answer these questions, it will answer your question about the master's degree.

Thanks. If you leave it out, some organizations will consider it a lie of omission and can use it to fire you at any time.
