sarah nesbeitt photoSarah L. Nesbeitt is Librarian and Assistant Professor, Booth Library, Eastern Illinois University. Since 1995, she has compiled "Library Job Postings on the Internet," a web-based guide to help librarians find employment. She also works as the North American editor for the library journal Reference Reviews. Among her "non-techie" interests, Nesbeitt serves as the U.S. coordinating editor for the Historical Novels Review and writes a bimonthly column on historical fiction for NoveList.

She is the webmaster of the library careers site Lisjobs.com and editor/publisher of the Info Career Trends electronic newsletter, which focuses on career development issues for information professionals. Her published work includes Teaching the Internet In Libraries (ALA Editions, 2001), and she is the "Computer Media" review columnist for Library Journal.
