This is a Proposition 65 warning sign, posted on about 99.9% of the public buildings in the state to warn people that common cleaning and construction chemicals might be present in tiny quantities.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The idea was to scare people and promote change, but since the signs are still posted everywhere 20 years after the law was passed, it&#039;s just possible it&#039;s not working as planned.</description>
