		<description>I flinch every time I hear about someone who&#039;s just lost their job these days.  That could be me, and empathy dictates I hope these people can land on their feet and be productive with little interruption.  Some of the folks at LJ took a tremendous amount of heat for bringing the Annoyed Librarian aboard, and maybe now people can cut them a little slack.  Site visitors = advertising revenue, and maybe the folks at LJ really had no other choice.</description>
