Don&#039;t you know that &quot;Nice Girls Don&#039;t Get Rich?&quot;  I must admit that when my manager first explained that to be credible I had to charge the same as the competition, I too was stunned at the fees I could command with two internationally bestselling books and strong platform skills. But it&#039;s taught me that most women undervalue what they&#039;re worth and financially independence comes only when you get outside of your comfort zone.  I hope while you were at my website you also checked out the free resources I offer and the pro bono work I do in the community.  May you live a rich life in ALL ways!</description>

I know I don&#039;t have a Ph.D., but as a professional w/ nearly 2 decades of expertise in my field, it&#039;s still insulting to see that she could match my highest annual salary with a few talks per year.</description>
