"I'm sorry that you didn't like it" is quite enough comment from the author for a piece of fiction. Now if someone criticised one of my directories on the basis of presentation of the information I accept they didn't like it. If I make a factual error in recording the information then I grovel -- I DO NOT ARGUE! And arguing from such a weak base -- yeuk. Thanks for the example of what not to do!
