		<description>Holy c**p! And here I never knew that Carol Emshwiller, Kristine Kathryn Rusch, Kate Wilhelm, Connie Willis, Esther Friesner and that crowd were all actually men in disguise. 

Checking a few current issues, I see that about a third of the stories in Asimov&#039;s and F&amp;SF are by writers with names suggesting the female gender. I suppose it could be an affirmative action program, but I&#039;d bet it&#039;s talent. As for that marketing campaign...well, I didn&#039;t know much about the publisher, but my respect has just gone down one huge step.</description>
