		<description>I used this the Crittenden volume for my &quot;Booktalk&quot; assignment in a library management class I took last Fall. Besides the comparisons between parenting and management, I also found her idea of tranferrable skills valuable (as a mostly SAHM for 14 years, getting ready to graduate within the year with an MS in IS.)</description>

		<description>As a parent of a toddler with twins on the way...AND a technology trainer in a library, I can relate to this all too well.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;There&#039;s a very thin line between putting a project team together and convincing a toddler work as a team so we can go outside and play faster.</description>
